True Crime: New York City
"Very interesting take on the shooting sandbox genre. Its like Grand Theft Auto but you playing the role of a officer of the law looking to take down the crime that goes on New York. Enjoyed the paragon aspect where you can either play as a good cop or a bad cop and it impacts the story whichever choices you decide to make. Great game to play to give you the sandbox vibes!"

Def Jam: Fight for NY
"A great street fighting game that allows you to make your own fighter and interact in New York with some of the most prominent rappers of the early 21st century as fighters. Enjoyed upgrading my character, upgrading my swag which in turns unlocks additional perks. The storyline is also amazing as well. Definitely give this a try if you want a different type of fighting game that has an underground atmosphere."

Crash Twinsanity
"Definitely an overlooked addition to the crash series. The ability to play both Crash and Cortex is interesting given their dynamic. The levels feel very expansive and almost very open worldish. The challenge is there and being able to take the additional routes in the levels to get the 100 percent completion is interesting. A great game to play if you are in the mood for a tweak on how the Crash Series is done."

"I enjoyed the next rendition to the Assassin's Creed Series. This took the original game and it improved it in a lot of ways. More secrets to discover within the world of the Assassins. Renaissance Italy is amazing especially with interacting with the historical figures of that time. I enjoyed the upgrades that you get with the main assassin. An amazing experience especially after playing the first!"

Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier
"The conclusion to all the Jak games. While the story is not the strongest as this was made by a different publisher, I can really appreciate some of the things they did. The weapons are great, the eco powers Jak has are great. The platforming is good. Dark Daxter is amazing to control and play. The airship battles are amazing. A sound off to this great series and worth playing if you are looking for something similar to the main Jak series."

Jak X: Combat Racing
"I enjoy this racer as well as it being a nice farewell to the Jak series! The racing controls felt nice and made me feel like I was driving a race car. The multiple different modes of gameplay made the game fresh and never felt like I was repeating everything. All the characters are amazing as well and the story did its job in making the stakes moderately appropriate for what the Jak universe has gone through. Overall a great racing game to play especially if you know the lore behind it."

Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time
"I enjoyed this game and I can understand that it is the weakest in the series. However, this game stands on its own as an amazingly enjoyable experience. The characters of the original 3 play like their counterparts from the original series including Carmelita. The new Cooper moves are amazing in the way they play making for more varied gameplay throughout the story. The story is the weakest and still an enjoyable experience to play regardless. An enjoyable game to play and I also recommend to not compare it to the original trilogy for the best experience."

"This game is amazing and really took the best of both the first and the second games and combined them while rolling out additional features. New powerups, new characters and new mission types equal for new amazing varieties of gameplay. The story is amazing as well and it really ties into Sly's legacy that proved to be a defining end to the original trilogy while leaving room for the sequel years down the road. Definitely a must play to experience the classic while leaving room for more if wanting more."

It was a quick shooter and it as an amazing way to kill (no pun intended) a couple of hours when you have the time."

"An amazing way to deliver a Batman Origins story. Amazing introductions to the main characters we grow up to love in the Batman Universe as well as it's self contained Arkham Universe. Enjoyed the detective challenges and the fighting moves and gadgets you get to use before the other gadgets become available in the later Arkham games in the chronological universe. Definitely a great game to play to kick off the Arkham series and best played first before playing the other games."

Ratchet: Deadlocked
"Definitely an interesting take in the Ratchet and Clank Series. I felt the emphasis on the weapons, gunplay and vehicle play over the platforming was an interesting and amazing change of pace for the series. The weapons you get in the game can be customized to interesting design choices making the way you play the game potentially unique and similar in an almost infinite number of ways. Definitely recommend this game for the unique way that you play just as Ratchet saving the galaxy."

Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando
"An amazing sequel to Ratchet and Clank. The story is amazing, the weapons are amzing especially having the ability to upgrade them the more that you use the weapons. I also enjoy the health upgrades as well whether you pick up the collectibles or you get them based on the experience that you get from killing the enemies. The collectibles themselves are challenging in a great way and really test your platforming and puzzle skills. The arena modes are great as well as the extra side missions you can participate in. Definitely a great game to play after you play the first one. Playthrough 2 (September 15, 2025 - September 19, 2025) Really enjoyed the second playthrough of this game. The music is amazing as well as being able to play as the titular duo and go through saving the galaxy and enjoying the introduction of the weapon and life upgrade system that the series is famous for using in the latter games of this series."

"An absolutely amazing sandbox shoot em up. Similar to Grand Theft Auto however there are a few twists where you build up your own criminal empire in Saints row against a variety of different enemy factions. Definitely recommend playing to get an amazing sandbox video game vibe."

The weapons are amazing. All the enemies are great. Definitely a great platformer to enjoy especially knowing this is created by the same team that created Spyro The Dragon. Playthrough 2 (September 3, 2025 - September 5, 2025) The second playthrough is just as amazing. Really enjoyed going through the story mode while listening to the music. Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy
"Naughty Dog's 2nd Household name trilogy kicks off with an amazing bang. I like how similar this game is to Crash as far as some of the platforming concepts go and I also like how Jak and Daxter create an identity of their own. The story is great. The villains are great. I like the different powerups you collect in the game and how they have different abilities based on the color that you pickup. The locations are amazing as well and blend into more of an open world area where you platform and explore. Definitely recommend giving this game a try. Playthrough 2 (July 3, 2025 - July 4, 2025) For this playthrough I really enjoyed the different variety of missions that you get to play, which exercise your platforming as well as fighting skills in game as well as being able to appreciate the amount of detail put onto the world."

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
"An amazing remaster of the original trilogy. The graphics of the original games were remastered to make the feel of the original game there to fit with the times of the modern gamer. The time trials added to the first 2 games were a nice touch to see how fast someone can speed run the game as well as give the first 2 games extra value. The ability to play as coco and crash is amazing because it makes coco have more of a heroic presence in the game. Definitely a must play for those that either have experienced the original trilogy or for those that are looking for a modern day platformer to play. Playthrough 2 (July 2, 2025 - July 3, 2025) I enjoy paying attention to the small details in the game for this playthrough. The music for example while incorporating the feel of the original game is able to distinguish itself by adding in its own style. I also like how there are a few visual differences between the original game in its animation compared to the newer version and that definitely makes you feel like you are playing a new experience with the Crash Bandicoot original trilogy."
